Security Needs Assessment
Document property needs, schedules, post expectations, risk concerns, communication requirements, and service gaps before provider selection.
CALIFORNIA SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE
Protectr strengthens relationships between security-seeking organizations and independently licensed security providers through disciplined vetting, account coordination, field quality assurance, and visible relationship oversight.
THE PROTECTR MODEL
Protectr does not replace the licensed Private Patrol Operator. We help clients identify qualified providers, define expectations, review available credentials, coordinate communication, document service concerns, and preserve account continuity.
CORE SERVICES
Protectr focuses on due diligence, relationship management, quality assurance, documentation, and account continuity.
Document property needs, schedules, post expectations, risk concerns, communication requirements, and service gaps before provider selection.
Connect clients with independently licensed Private Patrol Operators capable of contracting for and furnishing the requested protective services.
Review available PPO licensing, insurance documentation, and onboarding records before a provider relationship moves forward.
Observe visible service conditions, document concerns, follow up on client feedback, and route operational issues to the licensed PPO.
Support onboarding records, meeting notes, corrective-action tracking, incident-document review, and ongoing performance conversations.
THE PROTECTR DIFFERENCE
CTRL is Protectr’s continuing relationship and account-oversight layer. It is designed to prevent communication gaps, unresolved concerns, and the loss of client confidence after a security provider is selected.
Maintain a direct channel for feedback, priorities, and account concerns.
Route concerns to the licensed PPO and track whether they receive attention.
Preserve context and expectations when personnel or conditions change.
Organize observations, meetings, feedback, and follow-up into a clearer record.
CLIENT TRUST & RELATIONSHIP LIAISON
CTRL is Protectr’s continuing relationship-management framework. It keeps Protectr connected to both the security-seeking organization and the licensed PPO after an introduction or account deployment.
Clarify contacts, expectations, communication channels, priorities, and account history.
Gather feedback from site representatives, organizational contacts, and provider partners.
Document concerns and route operational matters to the licensed PPO for review and action.
Track meetings, responses, commitments, recurring concerns, and corrective-action discussions.
Preserve context when personnel, schedules, properties, or service conditions change.
Help prevent communication gaps from damaging confidence in an otherwise workable account.
CTRL does not authorize Protectr to direct guards, issue post orders, control staffing, schedule officers, dispatch personnel, supervise security operations, or replace the licensed PPO’s management authority.
Protectr-originated accounts may include a designated Protectr Field Manager for CTRL relationship support, site communication, quality-assurance observations, account meetings, documentation, follow-up, and escalation to the licensed PPO.
This non-operational Protectr role is included within Protectr’s agreed account compensation and is not automatically a separate client charge.
A licensed PPO may separately engage qualified personnel, including Denzel Burks, through a written W-2 employment arrangement for operational or hands-on field duties assigned and controlled by that PPO.
Optional W-2 field work is performed exclusively under the licensed PPO’s authority, supervision, insurance, payroll, policies, and written employment terms. It is separate from Protectr’s consulting, referral, protected-account, and CTRL compensation.
